Memories of Euro Horror in US theaters?

Does anyone have fond memories of seeing any
type of European horror films in the theaters
in the United States like the Italian ones,
Spanish ones and others from the 70s and 80s?

Examples
Zombie
Suspiria
Deep Red
Pieces
Demons
Torso
Anguish
Anthropophagus(as The Grim Reaper)
Hell of the Living Dead (as Night of the Zombies)
Phenomena (as Creepers)
Cannibal Holocaust
City of the Living Dead (as The Gates of Hell)
Nightmare City (as City of the Walking Dead)
Hammer Horrors from the UK
and many many others

Let me know
Thanks

Zombie and Gates of Hell played at a drive in at during their initial American releases in my town (1980 and 1983..) The drive in screen faced the main road and if you were stuck at a traffic light, you could turn your head and see the screen while the movie was playing. That always freaked me out. I was 13 - 16 when these movies came out and I always hoped to see a gory moment on that drive in screen while sitting at the traffic light with my family, but never did.

Got 13 Channels of $hit on the TV to Choose From
