I watched it for free on Popcorn Flix. There are ads but you can pay 99 cents if you want it ad free. I just watched it a few days ago.

If you're okay with pirated, well this is a 40 years old film so I think it'll pass. Download bittorent and go to pirate bay and type Suspiria accurately.

I know this is late but you can watch on Tubi Tv. They have a website and an iOS app. Not sure about android though. There are ads but they're very short.

To watch it legally. You're best bet is to just buy the DVD or Blu Ray. Its not that expensive.
