The Blu-ray

Very impressed with the quality of the transfer for this film on Blu-ray. Just a stunning picture with great clarity and vibrant colors... not a spec of dirt or a single scratch. Even the scene in the cave by firelight looks better than one would hope, as those types of set-ups almost always end up trashed in HD. Not the case here. Very good Blu-ray at a low price and Sondra never looked better in those jeans. Highly recommended.

Very much agree....I recently been upgrading some of my Eastwood DVDs to blu ray and picked this one up. Was pretty shocked to see the film look so clear. The Phoenix landscape is so vivid with color. The greens of the shrubbery are very green, incredible life-like. It looks like a modern release.

I was able to pick the one up with the cool 'comic book' movie poster art on the cover that is now out of print. The newer release with just a picture of Eastwood as Shockley is quite bland. Anyways I was stoked about it.

That out of print cover features the original artwork by Frank Frazetta of all people. That man was a GENIUS. That's the one I have, too. Hate the new cover... so boring. Hang on to the old one. It'll be a collector's item.
