As a matter of fact - YES!

I was watching this flick for the first time yesterday and I was strucked by the way that indian character both looked and sounded like the guy behind the KISS-demon :)

That's Michael Ansara; he played the Klingon Kang in the 3rd Season Star Trek episode "Day of the Dove." He was married to Barbara Eden from 1958-1974. Barbara, of course, played Jeannie on I Dream of Jeannie.
