Man about the House and other UK TV shows ported in...

I loved Three's Company...so lighthearted and fun. The humor so easily accessible especially growing up as youth. Who did not have a crush on Chrissy or Janet, or Jack for that matter! - All so loveable and wonderful in their own way.

I did in parallel also discover and watch Man about the House, which had several of the same plotlines and humor - this was also a wonderful show.

Any other UK series adopted for North America?

I mean, the office for one! There’s actually a Wikipedia page dedicated to UK/USA shows that were adopted from each other. There’s a UK game show that’s been on for 50 years that came from the Price Is Right.

As a Brit I enjoyed Man About the House and Three's Company - but I concede the US version had the hotter girls!
