A number of old-time actors made appearances. So far, we've seen Allen Case, who was famous in the late 50's as "The Deputy" in This year's Riot 6.7, and we just saw Phil Silvers in his last role in Hot Date 6.12. Silvers acted from 1937-1983 and was a well-known funny man.
Actors that were young and not famous yet were popping up as well. Yesterday in "Hot date" , a very young David Caruso played Charlie.
on another note ( off topic) The girl that Ponch was dating, the flight attendant was really pretty, I could totally see why Ponch liked her. I approve ( I wish it was me he liked though, the Lucky girl) LOL!! But she was a heck of an improvement over that poodle haired clown face that he was going to marry!!!!
Yes, Lori played by Catherine Hickland was a huge improvement over Vanessa. I think she favors Bo Derek in her IMDB photo. I noted in trivia how Ponch was back to a GF of the week about a month after the "traumatic" loss of his fiancee. It was apparent he had known Lori for a while.
Apparently a number of men found her really pretty as well. I saw she had been married four times and divorced three times, including once to David Hasselhoff (about a year after CHiPs). One of her trivia points is kind of funny:
Ex-husband is actor Michael E. Knight. She was also formerly married to David Hasselhoff, who played a character on Knight Rider (1982) by the name of Michael Knight.
RIP Ron Swanson. Writers created your awesomeness in S1 and killed it in S7 reply share
