Having seen Emergency series I don't recall anyone from CHIPs guesting on Emergency. Vice Versa? I don't know!

not a crossover, but it was kinda cool to see William Boyett (Sgt MacDonald from "Adam-12") have a role in the episode where they have to try and remove a loose boulder from the hillside above the road (S4E4 and 5 "The Great 5k Star Race and Boulder Wrap Party")....

In the robot episode, they showed 3 different firetrucks from two different fire departments as responding to the hospital.
