Something just struck me....
when they neighbor girl from across the street shows up at Baker's apartment, and SHE closes the door on the landlord, Baker comes out (after getting his bathrobe) and opens the door to check for the LL, and LEAVES THE DOOR OPEN the entire time Little Miss Jail Bait is in the apartment...

Just my humble observation...
I noticed that too, and thought it was a smart move. What he shouldn't have been doing was calling her honey. As innocent as it was because he was thinking of her as a little girl. But a young teenage girl that has a 20 or early 30's nice looking guy calling her honey is going to take it wrong like he means honey as in girlfriend! He didn't mean to but he kind of encouraged the crush!

Although, you have to realize the time in which this was made...men tended to call EVERYONE (women) "honey". LOL!
That's true. Things weren't as 'politically correct" as they are now days!
Speaking of that scene, you all know I am a Ponch and Bobby girl, but I must say Jon looked really hot in his white pajama bottoms and white T shirt! I think men look really sexy in pajamas!
