Double episodes would be nice if Emergency was a recent addition, but it's been on for a couple of years and two cycles were enough for me. It's not like there's nothing to choose from 1950s through 1980s. Could actually start late 1940s but by the time they were butchered for umpteen additional commercials they wouldn't be enjoyable.
As a teenager in the 60s I remember complaining of the two or three minutes devoted to 30 minute programs. We're up to about 7 per 30 minutes now and counting!!!
