special edition DVD? help

hi,
my mom is a big Barbra fan, an dais she saw soething on the view or rosie or some show about a special edition DVD of this film. I cheked amazon, and the only dvd seemed to be the regular one. does anyone know if there is a special edition somewhere? and if so, where might i find it?

the version that appears to be a regular version does have Streisand's commentary and a bunch deleted scenes. that qualifies as a special edition to me. I got mine at Target for 13.99, same as Amazon.
