More laughs, more silliness and more goofiness.
This one upped the stakes with Dreyfus being so obsessed with eliminating Clouseau, that he turned into an evil villain. And it worked. Even he was compelling with all the silliness present.
It's another fun time, and well worth the 105 minutes.
