Who does Graham Stark play in this movie?

Graham Stark plays the hotel owner ("That is not my dog!") - he originally played Clouseau's assistant in "A Shot in the Dark"

And he played Auguste Balls in Revenge en Pepi in Return. But he played 2 roles in this movie, one was deleted.

Actually, the other role is in this film (as the Munich city hotel clerk) - Stark has no lines in this role, and you only see him handing over keys to Tournier and Olga. He is much more visible in the widescreen version.

Does he play anyone in the first Pink Panther film?
I remember the assistant Henri in that film,
but do not see him or anyone else credited for the role.
