We are performing THE PINK PANTHER STRIKES AGAIN at my high school. It is one of the most fun productions I've ever been a part of. I'm playing Dreyfus, my favorite role from the Pink Panther series. And one of my best friends is playing Cleauseau which makes it that much more fun. The meeting in the asylum is so much fun to rehearse. On the first day of rehearsal, it took us 20 minutes to get through the laughing gas scene cuz we were really laughing our asses off. It's the perfect scene for comedic improv between the two characters. Also, we have suprisingly good special effects for the Doomsday Machine. Also, I get a pipe organ to play onstage! I just thought i'd share this. Has anyone ever been in or seen the live production?

The play is handled by Dramatic Publishing (www.dramaticpublishing.com). You can probably just buy a script from them, I think they're like $6.99 each.

PS- Our Clouseau was also the Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz.

Yep, from best friends (Tin Man and Scarecrow) to mortal enemies (Clouseau and Dreyfus). Immediately following Pink Panther, we will reprise our roles in Oz...talk about jumps...
