I don't think it's Michael Robbins...

Oh, I just took a closer look at the credits page and it's Julie Andrews. (uncredited)
Apparently already training for Victor/Victoria...

PS: I couldn't find this information on the Net. Does anyone know where this information comes from?

It certainly sounded like Julie Andrews! That's why, I think, her name was not in the opening credits (Tom Jones's was!). I must have been done on purpose, as well as omitting Omar Shariff in the opening titles. Little joke for curious fans :)
