shareI thought that when you use capital letters in French you could forget about the accents - except É.
shareIf you're French, and literate, you don't need accents over capital letters. (Often, due to the capital letters' height, there is not enough room for accents.) Sort of like not needing vowel marks in semitic languages, unless you're still learning.
