the parralel bars is one of my favourites as they are near the stairs a silly place to put them next to the stairs
shareHehehe the parallel bars part is my favourite too, and yeah they are in a silly place! lol I love it when Clouseau is swinging on them and singing a song to himself then he swings a bit too far and falls down the stairs!! My dad always laughs so much when he sees that part!!
(Clouseau starts swinging on the parallel bars)
Clouseau: Yes it's all coming back now *giggles and then starts singing* Ah yes.. I remember... *he swings to the side and falls downstairs* AAAAAAAAAAWAAAAAAHWAAAAAAAAHHHH!!
If you have the DVD with all the Pink Panther films, listen to Clouseau screaming in different languages! There's about 5 or 6 languages and it's sooo hilarious!
SPIDER PIG!! Loving the simpsons movie!
But the punchline to the parallel bars scene is when he lands at the bottom of the stairs. He gets up from behind the couch and says, "That felt good!"
He is referring to his workout on the bars.
But the people in the living room have only seen him fall downstairs. They think that Clouseau considers falling downstairs to "feel good".
they called me the pavlova of the parrallell bars
mwhahahha
From the moment he sets foot into the house, until the moment when he sets the shot gun off with shoots the Inspector in the butt, is pure comedy gold.
shareThat's indeed a very funny scene :)
You can just hear (bones are cracking!), feel and tell that's he's hurt himself.
His facial expression (grimace) changes a bit and he immediately retracts his arm and does as if nothing's happened :)
I have to say I love that scene as well, but probably due to the fact that I did the same thing once and pretty much had the same response. Those heavy bags are not meant for full throttle punches and you'll do a number on your wrist if you hit it that way. I always laugh at that scene because he nails the reaction. :)
