Like there gonna get mad at Kelly for ball hogging ??

After all these years. That scene still bothers me. 1st of players who stink, usually don't say a word when called off. But the fact that Kelly was such a bad ass, there is no way they would be mean to him. Ahmad called him a bad MF and said broke arm for a nickel. Lol. Exaggerated obviously, but he was still tough. Doubt they mess with him about taken there flyball and doubt he would have cared or said sorry if such a bad ass. After all these years, scene still bothers me. :)

It was team against one in a setting which Kelly has to be on his best behavior so they can be a bit more brace in calling him out on ball hogging.

Tanner and Toby were both shown to not be afraid of anyone.

Kelly had become their teammate and friend. He was no longer some dark mysterious bully to them. Buttermaker had him going way out of his way and making the others look even worse than they already did, they didn't like it, so they let him know. Surprised anyone would find anything weird about this.
