Doesn't look much like masturbation to me, though. "Masturbation" implies its down sexually, but its done more as a practical joke. She is immediately very worried about it (as any woman might be).

It appears I saw a very different movie than any of the other responders.

It was a scene where the female declares that everything she and her lover do should be sexual, so she starts off by rubbing a mushroom (I'm guessing) on her vulva. Then her lover rubs noodles. Finally, the egg is inserted. It's not masturbation - it was done as a request by the woman to sexualize the food.
