Quincy Episode?

I need help here, was there a Quincy episode where Quincy had a head injury, he was missing, every so often he'd call saying he sees white birds? Of cause he's at a dump. I think it was a two-parter, if not Quincy, then does anyone recall what show this is from?

I think in the beginning there's an explosion, Quincy or the main character escapes in dumpster, which is delivered to the dump. There are bad guys searching for him, a roach coach comes keeps them busy, which allows Quincy to get to payphone. Help!

Thank you very much, its been bothering me for so long. So the episode is called "Dead and Alive". And it was season 4, ep.7. :)

You're right, it was the episode "Dead and alive". The reason they showed that episode was to illustrate the use of and how you can build a psychological profile from as little as what was given in the episode.

I love Quincy but the episode Dead and Alive was not one of the better ones. I know responding to a post almost 2 years old is considered bad etiquette, but i came across this post while i was right in the middle of this episode and felt the need to comment.

Just saw this episode last week. First time seeing it. Are we supposed to believe the guy was crawling out the old truck, going into the office to make calls and crawling back every day? Dysfunctional was the word for that family.
