The sequence includes shots of vatican city and a shot of NY looking uptown toward the Empire State Building from the then-new World Trade Towers.
But I don't recognize some of the other buildings.

The satellites and the Radome are part of the Erdfunkstelle Raisting, one of the biggest Radio Station today. It is located in Bavarian, Germany. The small village is called Raisting, nearby the Ammersee and Munich.
You can see the Radome, Antenna 3 (built for the Olympic Event) and Antenna 2 (built in 1969).
You can see an overview of Roma, Italy.
And one of the buildings is part of the Olympic Village, Munich. It is the same building where his Girl Friend is in front of, during his memories on Video.
She is also sitting on a huge Stone in a small lake. You can also see this building reflecting in the water.
I need to see it again to explain some more scenes.

Yes, you are right. Mostly filmed in Munich. Everytime I visit this Town I take a closer look at the Rollerball Arena. It feels good that this roundhall is still there. It was closed for a long time but today they are playing Basketball, there.
The BMW Building is the HQ of the Houston Corporation. Bartholomew´s office is there. They covered the BMW trademark logo with a big red awning for the filming.
The smaller round building you mentioned is in effect the BMW Museum. It is located very close to the huge BMW Building.
Yes, the League of Nations at the Genfer Sea was also shown.
Jonathans Ranch is located in the UK.
Parts of the homemade video sequences are shot around the Olympic Village. Last year I found several places like the small lake with its huge Stone and this iron grid structure - ( she was running around it and smiled into the camera.)
The neighbourhood there could not believe, that I am taking so many photos of this piece of metal.^^
It is an old part of a children playground. Sometimes people do not know what they have got in front of their Homes. ;)
Unfortunately I could not find the two twin dark towers you are looking for. They are really amazing and I do not believe, that this was also shot in Germany.
And I am still investigating the Party location. I still wonder where to find this sword (?) in the meadows. ( six trees on fire scene )

I've always wondered where all the locations were for the movie. I was in Germany for a while, but never Munich. The portrayal of the future looked pretty clever from a 1975 viewpoint and ahead of time!
As for the cocktail party house and countryside, I was always wondering: were they supposed to be in Texas? Because very little of Texas looks even remotely similar to that!
Strange future world in this one, people can travel wherever they want and whenever they want, usually by helocopter
