Has brown hair, sitting next to Keenan Wynn. Who is he? He looks so familiar.

Funny, I thought the same thing. I recognized him as the man who played the husband, Ed, in Fried Green Tomatoes.

Gailard Sartain. He was on Hee Haw for many years. Look up his filmography, I'm sure you'll figure out where you've seen him.

also, he was Ernest's sidekick in some of those dumb Ernest Goes to... movies in the 80s.

Gailard Sartain Also played Annette Bening's landlord in The Grifters. Annette (Myra Langtree) was late on her rent, and didn't really want part with her limited cash. So she set the bills on a table and laid naked in herbed offering Gaillard "the lady or the loot." You can guess which he chose.
