Is their some stereotype of German women being into black men? I'm referring specifically to the scene in which the old German lady was checking out his junk at auction, but I've also seen black men in the military coming back with German wives and not to mention Heidi Klum and Seal. I know it's a generalization, but i was wondering...
shareWell I lived in Germany for a while and i can tell you there are a lot of immigrants. Most of them are not blacks. Perhaps the lack of many black people has some kind of allure, also the USA is or was seen as cool or hip (at least durning the 1990's). opposites attract and being a black american, according to some stereotypes, might have to do something attractive to some german women. For the most part they are like any other women in the world.

shareNazi had no beef with black people, sure they were of a lesser race, but they were not important in the larger scheme. There is an account of a nigerian diplomats illigetimate half german/black child growing up in nazi german and he was not stuff into a concentration camp or anything.
If german women wanted to 'stick it to nazism' how about moving to israel or dating some poles or Jews.
As was said before the Germans didn't have a problem with black people in Germany. Only when they got to America did some of them develop racist attitudes.
However, the Germans were more anti-slavery than the other immigrant groups and formed anti-slavery societies to combat the spread of slavery.
I don't know why they used that German lady in that context aside from the fact that they were trying to be humorous. You know, a plump lady with a "funny" accent acting naughty. :S
The answer to the topic stater is yes German women love black guys. Ive been stationed in Germany twice plus i am married to a German woman( I am a black guy). If you go to the clubs over there "brothas" tend to get alot more play. But to be honest it's more American "brothas" then Aficans. From what I have been told Ami "brothas" hav a swagger about them and when others try to copy it comes off not as effective. That is not to say other races don't get play just Ami brothers get more. No, German women are not particularly into black guys. Sure there are some who are, many who don't mind, and still some who can't even imagine having sex or even a relationship with a black man.

shareIt think everyone's missing the point. The stereotyping of the German widow was supposed to be total horsesh!t. Just like their beliefs that you could cure yourself of a disease by pressing it out through your feet into the body of a child ... or the idea that having sex with a sick virgin will cure her of her illness.
