1976 MAD Magazine Parody

I recently found the June 1976 issue of MAD where they parodied Dog Day Afternoon, following the misadventures of "Funny" and "Sap":

Bank Teller #1: Somehow those two guys look familiar!

Bank Teller #2: Of course they do! That's The Godfather II - and his weird brother, Fredo!

[Upon seeing the flower box is actually filled with flowers] Funny: Hey! What's going on here?!? Sap, I told you a thousand times, "Put the gun in the flower box! Put the gun in the flower box!" What did you do with the gun?!?

Sap: Promise you won't get mad, Funny?

Funny: Promise!

Sap: I...I...put it in a pitcher of water on the kitchen table!

Funny: Aaarrrhh!

Sap: Funny, you PROMISED!

Bank Teller #1: No...I don't think that's The Godfather!

Bank Teller #2: I guess not!

I vaguely remember this. Another good one was on Streisand/Redford and "The Way We Bore", a most accurate title for that flick.
