I have never in my life seen a movie like this. A fat lady killer named Ethel, who kills people. Then goes and eats food. This is the funniest thing I have ever seen. Sure it's pretty low budget, but this is a pretty funny concept. I didn't really like part 2 though, it was so low budget it wasn't watchable.

Criminally Insane was the best! Criminally Insane 2 was just too boring. You should also see the movies, Death Nurse and Death Nurse 2. Ethel plays a nurse named, Edith and she continues to kill more people. I have Death Nurse and Death Nurse 2 on VHS tape. You can purchase them both on VHS tape at:

I absolutely loved this movie. The moment it was over I wanted to start it right from the beginning all over again and it's been a while since I've seen a movie like that so that is a good thing. Ethel Janowski was amazing and one of the best characters I've ever seen in a movie. Rosalie was pretty cool too. I'm glad I watched this underrated film and fully intend to watch it plenty more times.
Death lives in the Vault of Horror!
This is an insanely entertaining hunk of cheese. This film knows what it is, and it's very happy with its identity. The performances are a mixed bag, but Priscilla Alden was surprisingly good as cold Ethel and devoured all of her scenes. I would have loved to have seen this at the drive-in back in the day. 7/10 stars from me.

shareI just finished it. It isn't too bad. Reminds me more of Criminally Insane 2 than the first one. If you enjoyed it, you should enjoy Death Nurse. The only complaint I have is that the ending was way too abrupt. It ended out of nowhere. But maybe that will be addressed in the sequel.
