If you mean you find he's getting arrogant and ruthless, to me that IS Greg Preston. He's easily one of my favourite Survivors characters hands-down, but really - when you pay attention - Greg is quite an unlikeable fellow!
Putting aside his actions in 'Law & Order', consider how he behaves in several episodes - for example, 'A Beginning'. towards his friends.
I think his comment to Charles in 'A Friend in Need' when asked about killing - "It gets easier" - says a lot about him. So does the way he ends series 3.
Don't want to discuss this more until I know if you've seen all the episodes yet.

I've always though he was the best character in the show. I think you'd need to be like that to survive in there situation, or you'd just be left in the background with no say.
