After Ellery Queen ....

It probably has its own message board on IMDB -- it's late and I'm too tired to look -- but did anyone lurking here ever see a horror movie Jim made called "Psychic Killer"? Ugh. Gruesome. Freaked me out when I saw it on HBO circa 1977/78.

I'm glad they put this series on DVD before my mom passed away. We added it to our rotation of dinner-time DVDs along with "Barney Miller" and "Are You Being Served?" . I remember watching EQ with her when I little kid. I believe it was a summer replacement series, but I could be wrong about that. The one I remembered the most was the "Mad Tea Party", probably because I Dream of Jeannie's Major Nelson was the killer. Yikes! (At least it showed Larry Hagman's versatility. JR Ewing probably wouldn't have broken so easily, though.)

I would never, ever seen Psychic Killer. I've seen some other movies which Jim did, mostly his work from the sixties. I would never even give Psychic Killer a chance!

Jim also played a detective in the early seventies movie "They Call it Murder". I recommend you check that one out if you like to see him as a detective!
