There was David Niven and some excellent character actors but the script and the immature leering Playboy attitude was awful.
To think that this is what the actor who won an Oscar for Separate Tables had to resort to for a paycheck shows how bad the 70's were!
I disagree 100%. This was a funny horror-comedy and great fun.
sharei totally agree. a proper feelgood movie. always makes me laugh. for me personally it always reminds me of my childhood so its xtra special.
shareThis was considered funny adult comedy when it was made. The number of good actors attest to that. Nevertheless, except for the nostalgia factor it really falls flat. Watching it now and so far not a laugh to be had. Will come back here if it picks up.
