Coming to US Blu-ray on June 7, 2016

Warner Bros. will release this popular, shot-in-Seattle police drama on Blu-ray on June 7, 2016. The cover utilizes the same poster art that appeared on the old DVD. Reportedly, Warner has performed a fresh transfer of the film for this release.

Watching it right now and I can confirm that is has to be a new transfer - it looks MILES better than the old DVD, which even by digital standards is pretty sub-standard in quality.

Yep I just got done watching it and it's great!
The picture and the sound are very clear and precise!
