Reminds me of 2 Episodes of Showtime's Outer Limits

This movie reminds me of two-related episodes of Showtime's "Outer Limits" dealing with genetic manipulation of infants and its' dark results.The first episode deals with a couple's decision to genetically enhance their unborn child to compete against other enhanced children because other parents have done it and have produced superior children.These children are so advanced that normal people can't keep up with them in many professions and this creates a fear of being second rate.So,this couple hires a docter,one of a underground group of geneticists doing illegal experiments in this enhancement of unborn,and prepare to do this for their child.But,the couple find out about the darkside of this proceduce-their best friends did the same thing to their son and this produced an mutation with mis-shapen features and great strength.The parents finally kill their son and this scares off the original couple from the procedure. The second episode deals with the emergence of many of these mutations as a underground group,trying to avoid the police and building up an infrastructure to form a new society.One of the policemen hunting these mutants has a dark secret-his first born was a mutant and was sent away to a secret camp for mutants.This episode has a truly intense scene where this policeman interviews a captured female mutant.This scene has such power that Larry Cohen could see one of his "It's Alive" creations being able to express its' view to regular people.The female ever had some features of an "Alive" baby-misshapened head,long claw fingers,and long sharp canines.This woman reveals such zeal in her smug superiority over regular people and shows utter contempt for the police.The final scene of the interview will shock you.
