Where exactly in Ontario was the Cobb farm located?

I am sure that farmhouse is long gone but would love to know where it once existed...I drove all over north Oshawa but nothing matches.. I know the lay of the land from watching the film so if I drive by I will recognize the locale immediately...Anyone know?
