Not A Bad Series Of Movies My Review Of A Misunderstood Franchise

Death Wish - Id give 10/10 due to its realism and the fact it could happen! Its almost a urban western!

Death Wish 2 - 6/10 Jill Ireland is a miss-cast/ the rape is so rediculous it turns into a sadistic slapstick/ What happened to his daughters husband/ The villain arnt believable/ Charles Bronson is the only reason to merit DW II as he gives it far more class than it deserves!

Death Wish 3 -9/10 is a fun film, tongue in cheak, with a strong villain, a strong cop and despite his age Charles Bronson is in prime shape, his bodys one of a fit man in his late thirtys! The action is cartoonish and enjoyable! The only negative was I had no sympathy for Kerseys love intrest and was glad to see her killed!

Death Wish 4 -7/10 DW 4 is the real one to suspense your belief about, one man wiping out Chicagos drug dealers, dirty ciops, mafia and gangsters! But the action like in DW 3 is enjoyable, the 2 plot twists are entertaining about the bent cop and the fact Kersey has been working for a hitman for the real bad guys! This had the best love intrest for Kersey in the series till 5

Death Wish 5 - 5/10 I dont mind DW 5, he has a believable love intrest and family behind him, the action is top notched, the one liners are cool! But the crimes arnt all that in comparison to the first 4! But a good swan song!
