I have not seen that one, but it has a decent rating of 7.3 on IMDB, and received *** from Roger Ebert.
For me the best voyeuristic movie of all time is Peeping Tom from 1960. The Conversation is close in second place.

check out Under the Silver lake sometime. It's inspired by Rear window partially, but goes down rabbitholes in a noir fashion.
