Girl in the bar in which Charlie and Bill meet

Is it just me or is the girl in the bar where Charlie and Bill meet not wearing any pants (or underwear)?

I am trying to figure who the girl in. I'm guessing it's the girl credited as "Go-Go Girl", Alyce Passman but a search for that pulls up nothing. Anyone know if that's who it is?
