Does the Exorcist feature two young children who's voices are dubbed by adults, one of them talking like an adult hippy?

In the Exorcist, the possessed person vomits pee soup. In this one, the pee soup just kind of oozes out of her mouth, and then she picks some of it up and throws it.

Does the Exorcist feature a minutes long street scene of a man being harassed by some guy playing a flute like instrument with his nose?

The Exorcist doesn't have a great plot twist like the helpful old expert guy turning out to have sold his soul to the devil and be helping the devil.
