Scary trailer

The trailer for this movie caused me lots of childhood trauma for years. Every single time a commercial came on for this show, the theme music would only have to play 2 notes and I plugged my ears and closed my eyes. I hated the trailer for this movie. Too scary for my 9 year old mind in 74'.

I on the other hand, shrieked, cried and fled the room lol (I was seven).

I agree. The second I heard Jessica say "Whoooo are youuuu?" in her demon possessed voice at the beginning of the trailer, I knew I had to see this film. This trailer definitely makes you want to grab some popcorn and watch the movie right away.

Come, fly the teeth of the wind. Share my wings.

I was 13, and the only reaction it proboked was near-laughter.

In the silence following the final line, "WE DAAAAARE YOU NOT TO BELIEVE!" some wag piped, "I still don't believe it, man."

I barely remember the trailer but the name brings back memories. Being 6 at the time this came out, any time these commercials came on I'd either cover my ears and look away or turn the TV.

Back in those days the trailers used to scare you for life before even seeing the movie. ::::shivers:::::
