The trailer: Film connects us all.

It's interesting to see how we're connected by this trailer. A moment in time. Pretty much everyone that posts here can recall moments when we saw it on TV. Just think. There's a possibility, depending on the time zone, that some of us saw it exactly at the same time! Back then, you couldn't just hit the remote and run away. You either closed your eyes and covered your ears. Unfortunately, you already saw too much. 

The Susperia trailer has the same affect on me too.

I wasn't born until years after this movie was released, but I first saw the trailer on YouTube. Although I am of a different generation I still find movies from the '60s, '70s, and '80s to be the best. So I went online looking for some I hadn't seen yet when I came across the trailer for Beyond the Door. As soon as I heard Jessica's voice say "Whoooo are you?" I knew I absolutely had to see the movie. I was glad when I finally did because it is now one of my favorites.

It's kind of neat and ironic how the trailer can still have the effect on someone so many years later, just on a different medium.
