Beyond the Door: The Remake!

In the bonus material of the "Beyond the Door III" dvd the producer announced the preparation of a straight remake of "Beyond the Door". Can't wait to see it. The "Exorcist" remake seems stalled & I have a series jones for demonic possession. Next to the Bava pic "The House of Exorcism", this was one of my favorite "The Exorcist" rip-offs & it will be great to see this odd little series reboot.

I remember hearing that on the DVD as well. Almost five years since your post and it still hasn't happened. Don't get me wrong, I love this film the way it is but I think this story is good enough that it could easily translate to the 21st century. I would watch a remake if one was made. I don't know why they didn't go through with it with possession films being all the rage for the past few years.
