Candy bar?

I've been racking my brain off and on for years about this.... I remember a movie that had a kid hidden in a house, and he would be looking out at the people in the house through spaces in the wall. I remember him nibbling a chocolate bar. I remember it because I thought "oh! So THAT's what 'worrying at' something looks like".

I had always thought it was a Robbie Benson movie, but now I think it was this one. Can anyone confirm? My sanity would be indebted to you.

I have the movie on DVD and yes, it's this movie, Bad Ronald. When Ronald is peeping out of the holes he made to spy on the new family, he nibbles on a candy bar, and also when the police are searching his house, he nibbles.
It's not Robbie Benson though, it's Scott Jacoby. Great cult classic from the 70's that I watched as a kid, and still get a little creeped out about when I watch it now.
He and his mother enclosed the downstairs bathroom, and Ronald hid in there after he accidentally killed a neighbor.

Knock if off Napolean make yourself a dang quesadil-la!
