The citizens fo walnut grove has came out to the Winoka Press that Charles Ingalls has violated them by taking his shirt off in any occasion

Harriet Olsen said one time "Charles took his shirt off just because he entere dthe building"

Charles best friend Mr. Edwards said "one night i woke up and charles was just sitting there with hsi shirt off, nipples harder than my whiskey!"

He also poked out more than a few eyes, and took out the town’s hemophiliac with those suckers! Eventually, Chuck was forced to register those pointy nips as deadly weapons, and was placed on a sex offender registry 😀

Not only he liked taking his shirt off, but he was never wearing any underwear.
