property tax started and charles owed a bunch and got pissy and cancelled the picnic he was gonna have for his family

then the russian immigrant said america was a great country and he was proud to be an american even though he was being kicked off his property? so charles started crying and they had the picnic and charles drapped teh usa flag around his chest (With no shirt on) and sang the national anthem?

Is that the episode where Charles saw fireworks over his homestead, rushed home, and when he got there, he saw Chris the handyman riding off in the distant, and Caroline’s face was lit up like the 4th of July 😀
