Holly is making the big bucks:

from the fans with her books, autograph photos, and science fiction conventions,I fell into the trap and bought her first book thinking of getting good info on the show instead a little info on the show and the rest was about her adventures with different men and now she has another book coming out in may called run holly run,she ain`t getting no more money from me, I love the show but I am not going to be running after the stars.P.S. she is making more money now than she ever did on the show.

People have to live. I doubt she made much money from LOTL.
From what I can see, she really didn't do anything after LOTL, so you have to hand it to her for getting in on the "blast from the past" bandwagon.
Now, if she ever comes to St Louis and wants to make a few hundred bucks.........

Cool. I'm glad she is able to make a few bucks. Back then, I don't know if actors had the foresight to negotiate merchandising sales into their contracts, along with sales of the show on VHS, DVD, etc. Actors today make money in their sleep.

E-Bay is one reason celebrities now sell their autographs for $20 and up, people were getting an autograph for free, then going to E-Bay and selling them. After the folk saw what was happening, they started charging for them.

Before the 80's, it was rare for contracts to have anything other than standard "you get paid for each episode plus 3 rerun residuals, and that's it". Sometimes it was mentioned about merchandise, but after a show went off the air, the merchandising dried up. As for VHS, DVD's and Blue Ray... well they weren't invented yet. (although, I do believe you could get a VCR in the 70's, but it was like $1200 for a home model!)

She is making herself out to be a great star when in reallity land of the lost is her only gig.

At least she acknowledges being in the series and embraces it.
Can't say the same for Eve Plumb and Tina Louise who, BTW, are total bitches.
All three, if it weren't for the series they were in, would be unknowns.
