Boring as hell
So so bored by this movie. Maybe I just didn't care about the story.
It's time for a backlash against digital photography, motion pictures, music, sfx
I may have missed some deeper meaning but it was probably a warped view of the world anyway. I agree that the film was really boring. You can see much more explicit sex scenes on any internet streaming site. I think everybody was blown away by the sex back then but the only reason to watch the film was the explicit sex.
shareStrange, I've seen the film a dozen or more times, and I never watched it for the sex. In fact, I find the sex in the movie to be generally anti-erotic. It's a drama, and a complex one at that. If that's not your cup of tea (and it's clear that neither of you are into such films), you were bound to be disappointed.
Believe it or not, some find the movie to be absolutely riveting, and I'm definitely one of those people. To each his own, I guess.
