Cast Omissions? Dog Sellers?

Looking at the full cast listing, I do not see a listing for the dog sellers. Perhaps the "street urchin" is the man? If so, what about the woman? I do not see her listed. Am I just not seeing it?

I'm actually watching it right now and that scene just ended and I swear the guy was the character that played Bob the goon in Batman.
