I had the 'distinction' of seeing this POS at the drive-in in '73

since I'm an old guy-and this was one of the absolute worst 'horror' films of that entire decade. Sad How low a great character actor like Martin stooped to appear in this. He must have really needed money badly.

the 70's had the greatest horror movies of all time and good or bad they scare the crap out of me even if i see them today. im terrified of snakes, spiders and giant flying pigs. damn you pink floyd!

I saw this at the drive-in too and it was so good we stayed through the second feature to watch Ssssss again.

One person's snake is another person's turkey I guess.

Me too... and it's nowhere near the worst of the horror films from the '70s. If one sincerely thinks that it is, one should watch a hell of a lot more movies.

I couldn't disagree more as would critics who in '73 highly praised it while panning it's companion double billed flick at the time: "The Boy who Cried Werewolf". Its a great horror film. Martin walks away with it, but everyone is great. 5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommended!
