did Peckinpah tried to remove his name from this one?
I heard that Peckinpah tried to have his name removed from this one.
Does anybody know something about this?
I also heard that he disowned "Major Dundee"

Read this on wikipedia about the film. It mentions the problems Pekinpah had with producers, and did want his name removed from the film.
