Other good movies about Billy the Kid or Pat Garrett

Young guns 1 and 2 are fun films, very mtv, but i did think the 2nd one was much better. Then theres the val kilmer one of which name escapes me at the moment. The left handed gun is decent but old, then theres the john wayne film from 1970 chisum, which has both billy and pat in it.
But this one here is my fav, the whole film feels perfect, the only maybe one thing i did not like, is having kriss as billy, he looked far to old, but bar that its great.
Thanks! I didn't know about the John Wayne movie and I definitely will try to catch it. I tried to watch the Val Kilmer movie but it was on an old, worn out VHS that I could barely make out so I turned it off. Might give it another chance if I can find a decent copy.
I also loved this movie and did think Kris was too old to be playing a character called "Kid" but I still liked his performance.
