who was more evil? Kananga or Ivan Korshunov from Air Force One?

Actually I don't think that Korshunov was evil for the sake of being evil. I think he felt he was doing the right thing. He was fighting for what he felt was in the best interest of his country. I think that he felt that he was the good guy. Unlike Kananga who knew that he was evil.
