'Rock og Ages'

I have never watched the movie in it's entirety so perhaps someone can help me. What was the deal with the girl singing Rock of Ages at the end? She had been turned to a vampire so I am missing the point maybe. Answers anyone?

I'm thinking that the end with her singing was a flashback to when she was human.

either that, or she just went back to church as normal as a "cover"

Just saw this movie recently and came here to comment-----gripping, creepy film i almost couldn't watch it but it was so well done i had to submit! hahaaha!

it was mentioned in another thread, she quite possibly could've dreamed the whole thing while in church?

even tho i just saw the last 1/2 of the movie, i didn't quite get that from the ending----either it was a flashback, or she simply "hides" in the church like supposedly there are people all around us everyday who appear normal, but are in dark shadows doing very dark things-----they can hide in plain sight!

Also, Rock of Ages is one of my favorite gospel bluegrass songs, as sung by Ralph Stanley----and i've recently been learning it on the mandolin-----so i was extra struck by the poignancy of this extra creep-inducing ending------the girl just became a freaking vampire and the next scene she's singing in church like nothing ever happened
