So, who mucked up the keywords list for this film?

Apparently, some IMDb contributors don't have a clue as to how the keywords are supposed to work.

old man
horse
death in childbirth
eating
drink
house manager
suspense
telephone call
stretcher
sadness
reading
nun
letter
brushing teeth
bruise

I just watched this film a few hours ago, and I do not remember
- a horse
- a nun
- an old man
- or death in childbirth

being key or notable elements

Does anybody recall how these figured into the film? Did I just miss or forget something?
