Where can you buy/watch this movie?

I remember when I was a kid at the video store, I kept going over to the horror section and I believe saw the VHS cover to this movie. It was a big case....much bigger than an average VHS casing of today, and I remember it was rather off white and had a lot of gory pictures on the back. I was always curious about horror movies when I was little but wasn't allowed to watch a lot of them. Everytime I was in the videostore I would go over to it and I thought when I got older that I would eventually see it. It wasn't too much longer and the movie was removed from the store and I never saw it again. That was probably 20 years ago....I don't know what made me think about it, but it popped in my head and thought to check out imdb or amazon. I'm still unsure if this is the same one but can't find any information about it anywhere. Does anyone know where I could watch this movie or purchase it?

Netflix has it! My wife was going over my movies in the queue and said "What the Hell is Doctor Gore? That has been on this list for a year." She kept moving down and I had completely forgotten about it being on there. I'm sure it won't be anything like I remember it. I was about 15 in 1984 when I seen it and haven't seen in since. These movies always seem more cheesy than I remember them. I am pretty sure before the movie starts a guy gives a warning, that "If you don't remember the movie, you will remember the gore." Well I don't remember the plot or the gore, but I remember the line. You can also get it on ebay but it runs $39-$45 for the DVD as it looks to be hard to find.

Some movies are always better as memories from seeing them as a kid- there's quite a few I've rewatched as an adult and they don't live up to my memory.

I collect dead pigeons then I press them between the pages of a book.
